I don't think this is possible. Texmod can't make the game display an image somewhere it chooses not to display one; it can only change the ones that are already there. Sometimes you can get lucky and discover that a transparent image is being displayed in the place you want, but AFAIK, there's no image being displayed there at all in this case.
If you want to get creative, you might try grafting them onto some of the other images that make up the skillbar and hope they get layered in the right order.

Yes Mssr, just restart your game and it will be fine.

I think he means it's annoying when the graphics mess up in game with textmod on and I'd have to agree. Tried fixing it but nothing works, all mods do it too, makes textmod completely useless in my book since it always jacks your textures up, I hate restarting GW or changing graphics settings to fix it.

You can just minimise and then maximise, which usually fixes it. It's annoying but I can live with it.

I'll try it out and see if it helps any later, it may vary on computers but who knows.

Yeah it does depend on your computer Brianna. A lot of it depends on your system's graphic card.

Yeah I discovered that as well. Sometimes I have to do it twice, but mostly minimizing fixes the problem.

I remember reading somewhere that it has something to do with the bloom effect. Not sure beyond that.

Seems Anet said its ok to somewhat mod your GW game. Wonder what programs one would need to open the .dat file. Who knows how much fun for ourselfs we could make. Since you would only be changing things on your own end, thus not violating the EULA or TOS.

Are you sure, the EULA that came out today says otherwise unless I misread it:
3. LICENSE TO USE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, NC Interactive grants to you, for your personal use only, a non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable (except as permitted in Section 4(a)) license to use the Service, and a non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable (except as permitted in Section 4(a)) license to use the Software in connection with the Service, without charge except for new Campaigns and Additional Features which will be charged on a prepaid basis according to Section 5.
You may not (a) sublicense, rent, lease, loan or otherwise transfer the Software or the Service (or any part thereof), including without limitation access keys; (b) modify, adapt, reverse engineer or decompile the Software, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software; (c) create any derivative works in respect of the Software or the Service; or (d) otherwise use the Software or the Service except as expressly provided in this Agreement. You should keep your access key in a safe place and not share it with anyone else. The access key can be used only once. Title to the Software, and all rights with respect to the Software and Service not specifically granted under this Agreement, including without limitation all rights of reproduction, modification, distribution, display, disassembly and decompilation and all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and other proprietary rights and interests are reserved to NC Interactive.

They said it's ok to use it, since it's doesn't modify other ppls game.
And who cares about that damn EULA?
